The Dancer Pole: a workout like nothing else

This video is by a gal who runs a gym for pole dancing.

Caroline of Arcadia fitness explains her pole danicng experience. She thought she might have to run aroarund in high heels aned with strenghteningnd naked.

Her first experience was amazing on the stripper pole. She lost 15 pounds in a few months. The excersise focuses on stregthening the thighs and hips. In the lower level calsses they do sensual movements combined with building upper body strength.

Newcomers are often a littel timid on the dancer pole. But after thir first spin some get addicted. Its really not that ifficult.

It builds confidence and toning muscles. You can even buy removable dancer poles for your home.

Another person has this to say:

“This risque exercise fad has advantages and disadvantages. I am only going to name one of each so I don’t offend anyone and/or get myself in trouble. If you are already offended by the video, you need to get off of the internet immediately.”

Advantage: When performed in front of an appropriate audience, this exercise could transition into an even more popular physical activity, that also has proven health benefits.

Disadvantage: The dancer pole does not fold easily for storage in your closet beside the exercise step and the Nordic-Track after you lose interest.
