The Dancer Pole or Stripper Pole used to be reserved for the dark rooms of the erotic entertainment world. Nowadays the Dancer Pole is the center of a fitness craze that is sweeping the world.

Discover one of the hottest trends in todays fitness with a Dancer Pole. A Dancer Pole can improve your body tone, increase flexibility, strengthen cardio and give you sexy body curves.

With your own dancer pole the possibilities are endless!! You can boogie on down in the living room, spice things up in the bedroom or even liven up a friend’s party!!

Typical Dancer Poles are chrome plated or stainless steel and attach in any type of room. Some poles are made with bright colors or even lights inside them.

There are fitness classes opening around the country and the world. I saw an article about a lady in China opening a fitness studio teaching pole dancing. Another gym owner in Ohio has 400 clients in just 2 years.

Pole dancing is not just for the dark erotic clubs, its now coming to your living room. Read all about Dancer Pole Reviews and news here.

if you are renting you will need the approval from your landlord/rental office. If you can do it after you got the okay from your landlord, I suggest hiring a handyman. Someone professional to install it. The last thing you want to do is do a performance and you rip out the ceiling or fall on your face.

Today i am taking my first pole dancing class. I am pretty much starting from scratch, because I have never pole danced before. About how long does it take to go from beginner to intermediate? I know I won’t be advanced overnight, but I am hoping to get to about the intermediate level by the final class( I signed up for a total of 18 lessons). Does anyone have any tips or advice for me?

That might be a bit much to expect. Esp if u don’t have ur own pole to practice on. I do have my own and I would say it took me six months to get to "intermediate" level. With pole dance its all relative to you and what u put in. But it is NOT as easy as it looks.

i can dance pretty good maybe they can hire me.

yeah. They should also have cheap free beer. Like in the 70s beer was 10 CENTS!!!!

How is that fair for the beer there today to be 12 dollars when 10 cents back then would only equal about 50 cents today?

I am wanting to have a stripper pole that is removable but also very good and sturdy so i can do many tricks on it. Also are there any that work with carpet? Is there any websites that sell these kind of good removable stripper poles?

Well I got my removable pole from x-pole and they’re based in the UK. It’s great, 50mm, metal and has both a static and spinning mode and comes with a great carrying case. It only takes about 10 mins to put up and take down (once you know what you’re doing) and it leaves no marks unless you have cottage cheese on your celings. But that’s easily fixed with a spray can of the same stuff. Even carpet is no issue, I have carpet in my pole room. It’s tension loaded so it’s not going to slip if you put it up correctly. (You will need a friend to help out though to make sure it’s straight.
