It's great, 50mm, metal and has both a static and spinning mode and comes with a great carrying case. It only takes about 10 mins to put up and take down (once you know what you're doing) and it leaves no marks unless you have cottage cheese on your celings. But that's easily fixed with a spray can of the same stuff. Even carpet is no issue, I have carpet in my pole room. It's tension loaded so it's not going to slip if you put it up correctly.
