Tips for pole dancing and slipping?
I am a dancer, but havent been one for very long. I just got a new lil mynx pole in my apartment….but i only seem to be able to do one or two tricks at a time before i start slipping too much. I keep a fan right near me and never wear lotions or anything. Is this a normal problem? Any tips?
i wear heal shoes or bare feet….but thats not the slippy part. its my hands. they get slippery after one or two flips and spins on the pole. My hands get moist. I try to keep a cool room. So do other dancers have this problem? i figure its normal, just what to do about it so i can consistantly get through a song without having to wipe off my hands or fan them. lol
i live with three stippers so i know what’s up! it’s all about the muscles in the legs for the best support less arms and more legs and also wipe the pole with a towel before you begin it takes a while to get use too but you’ll get the hang of it!

I have a tip. Instead of dancing with a pole, dance with a human.

Do you go barefoot, or wear socks? I would suggest to wear a nonslip shoe or something like that. That should keep you from slipping…is the floor very slippery? You might want to find a better place to dance.
