		<description>You need to make sure it very secure or else you will really hurt yourself. It needs to be screwed into one of the studs in the ceiling. Find a guy who has a stud finder and he can locate one easy. Or take a magnet and run it along the ceiling. This will help you locate the studs by finding the nails. They are every 16&quot;.
