Installing stripper pole in home, need to screw it in to the roof?

Im renting an apartment and I want to exercise and I want to install a stripper pole for it, but I am not sure how I can do this. I cant go putting holes in a property i don’t own… DO you screw it in or some other way??
You need to make sure it very secure or else you will really hurt yourself. It needs to be screwed into one of the studs in the ceiling. Find a guy who has a stud finder and he can locate one easy. Or take a magnet and run it along the ceiling. This will help you locate the studs by finding the nails. They are every 16".

im not to sure on this subject but when you buy the pole doesnt it tell you how to put it up? and ask you’re landlord if its okay to put it up chances are they’ll say yes!
