A massage should help nicely. Also some Icy Hot or other kind of topical cream/lotion that is designed to help muscle pain.

In the sources section, I’ll put a couple YouTube videos of a professional dude showing how to perform a self-massage for legs. Hopefully he will help. Do his massages everyday for a while and you should be good to go! I highly recommend him, I massage my neck/shoulders/back with his videos help and it’s great.
