I’ve seen it before and they make it look so easy. I’m not that good but practice makes perfect. I just want to know how to go upside down without falling off and hurting myself

Do you have a pole at home? Or are you just trying to do it on stop signs when you’re out walking with friends? lol

If you have a pole at home you just have to practice! The basic invert is done quite easily. Since I’m right handed, I’ll explain it that way, if you’re a lefty you just reverse it. Stand with your left side against the pole. Grip the pole at shoulder height with your left hand, pole in your armpit. Grip the pole with the right hand just above your head. Swing your right leg back and kick it up and over your head! It will take a few attempts to get the foot near the pole but after you gain strength you want to hook your right ankle against the front of the pole. Bring the left leg up aswell and press the top of your foot against the back of the pole so that you have a leg on each side of the pole. Grab the pole between your thighs and as you gain strength you’ll be be able to hang just with the grip of your thighs… no hands necessary!
