Does anyone know a good/sturdydancing pole?Which is better lil mynx or x-pole?
Okay so i’ve been doing research and i’ve seen that pole dancing is a good form of exercise(Can anyone tell me if it has worked for them) I’ve been looking around for good dancing poles that can go on carpet in my house. I need one that is supportive and sturdy, and that is still easy to spin on without falling over. I already know peek-a-boo is a little cheap not good one. I’m trying to figure out which is better a "lil mynx" or a "x-pole"…I would like a reply for some owners of those. I am willing to pay up to $300 for one, but i just want to make sure i’m getting my money’s worth. Also I am going to be doing this for my first time EVER so i need to know a good instructional dvd. Not a freaky one, lol, one that is actually a workout/excerise pole dancing tape. DON’T BE JERKS WITH THE REPLYS, THIS IS STRICTLY EXCERCISE SO I CAN STAY IN SHAPE.
**Plus I would love to take a class or two to make sure i know what I am doing, so does anyone know of pole dancing classes in the DMV area?(Dc, MD, VA)

I am not sure how far this place is from you they have many locations. I have gone to the classes at the Arundel Mills location and I love it. You can buy poles, dvd’s and shoes on their web site and have it shipped to your house. They are having a 25% off sale at the moment if you enter in X900FALL at checkout. The website is xposefitness.com. The pole plus dvd is 299.99. the pole, dvd & shoes is 319.99. Those price are before the 25%
