Ok i would like to become a pole dancer im 14 so i cant do lessons!
what do i need to work on?
any videos to show stretches or anything like that?
i no flexibility is one but i cant go to lessons i would like to learn to do it myself!

At the beginning of the George Sampson- dancing in the rain video for britains got talent he grabs a pole and holds all his body straight into the air. How do people do this? Ive seen many Break Dancers doing it.
